Maggy van Bokhoven and Peter ten Broecke bought their second home on the island 15 years ago. Over the years they have gained a lot of knowledge and experience with services needed for a second home on the island. One of Peters companies is a production and event company. Which means he knows like no other, that planning and selecting the right team for the best results are the key to success.
Maggy has previously managed the guest and business relations in a 5-star hotel and took care of Ibiza rental houses for many years. She knows like no other how to make her guests feel welcome, pampered and serviced in a superb way. The founders know, based on their own experience, that it’s important to work with the right people for fantastic results. But on top of that, they’ve also missed one trustworthy company who they could contact when they had (small) technical issues, needed a gardener, painter or someone to open the door for a delivery when they were not on the island themselves. That’s why they founded Carefree Ibiza.

Our Services & Add-ons
Our Carefree Hours* include waiting for delivery, doing additional administration, fixing

House check options:
- Check-in with friends or family who stay temporarily in your apartment or villa. We can take away your personal belongings or linnen before they arrive, open the door for them, give them instructions how the villa works, hand over the key, and ask them for their cleaning wishes during their stay. We make them feel welcome in your apartment or villa when you’re not on the island.
- Check-out with friends or family who stayed in your apartment or villa. Checking if there are any damages, receiving the key, arranging a deposit refund, removing the trash or ordering a taxi for them.
- General check whenever needed. After a storm, heavy rain or when you haven’t been on the island for several weeks or months it’s pleasant if someone can check its state. If we notice some optional maintenance work we’ll let you know and can organize it. That means your second home looks absolutely perfect when you return and you won’t be bothered with painting, cleaning or fixing little issues during your holiday.
- With apartments we do the check-in and check -out by Whats app and sent necessary details trough whatsapp. With a villa we come in person to introduce the clients to the villa and explain everything live.

- Our team offers a concierge services so you can fully enjoy your time on the island. We can arrange boat charters, rental cars, private chef service, nanny service, yoga teachers or massage services. But we can also book a table at a restaurant, beach club or arrange your vip table in a club. If you’re up for great activities such a Jeep tours, guides hikes or want to book a personal training session, just give us a call.

- Planning special events and celebrations through our event department.
Let’s get started
All packages are contracted for minimum of 12 months and can be cancelled every month after that period. But we promise you, once you are used to our high standard, you never want to do it without us. Our team will do all we can to keep you happy and satisfied for many years.
